Art submissions are best given in original form as we often use the artwork for exhibits. However, we will make exceptions and accept the art if it is signed on the front and a clear picture of it in png format is submitted – along with details of the art and the entrant. Further contest Rules:
*Every participant receives a Certificate of Appreciation
5-12 yrs | 13-17 yrs | 18-64 yrs | 65+ yrs
*Winners(3 in each age group)also receive cash Prizes & Trophies
*Unlimited entry submissions per person
*Maximum number of words for literary works(prose or poetry); 400 for 5-12 yrs & 2000 for others.
*The size of drawings and paintings (hand-drawn, sketched or painted)should be 8“x11” or smaller.
*Minimum size for photographs is 5“x7”.
*Every entry submission must accompany a cover letter giving:
(a)Your name, birthday, physical address, phone number and email address; and
(b)A description of the peace message behind your art work.
Should your art work be too big, or you are unable to submit actual art work a clear photo in png can be sent but in either case the art work must be signed in the front or folded to show art and signature in the back in a second picture.
